Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to change or cancel a regular lesson, so the slot can be offered to another learner. Lessons cancelled with less notice are charged in full.
Intensive courses need 10 working days’ notice, because the diary is reserved for several days, often weeks in advance.
Lessons are paid for upfront. In a genuine emergency, get in touch as soon as you can. We’ll always try to help, and may ask for proof.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE
- Instructor will terminate lesson if rude, harassment behaviour is shown
- Instructor has the right to refuse use of car if client isn’t safe to drive
- Block booked lessons must be used up within 45 days otherwise they are forfeited
- complaints can be put in writing at info@tajdrivingschool.co.uk
- Local and surrounding area lesson and test day car hire will differ
Why we have a cancellation policy
Driving instructors are self-employed. There’s no sick pay or holiday pay, and the costs of the car, insurance, fuel and maintenance carry on regardless. Keeping late cancellations to a minimum is how we keep lesson prices affordable for everyone.
